The building is one of 5 municipal parking garages owned by the city of Hoboken, NJ. The parking garage is located between 9th and 10th Streets and available for residents, visitors, and businesses. The project was designed to be embedded within a city block of residential apartments and preserve the aesthetics of the area.
Technology
Utron Pace is a Shuttle Automated Parking solution, also referred to as “Rack and Rail” parking system. The system is based on shuttles performing single path horizontal movement along fixed rails and storing vehicles on racks located perpendicular to both sides of the fixed rails.
