Utron was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of an automated logistics system for Graffiti Distribution Center, part of the Hadera Paper Group. Graffiti Distribution Center serves thousands of businesses and institutions across Israel, offering a wide range of products including office supplies, paper products, technology and peripherals, hobby and crafts, furniture, food, and cleanliness items.

TYPES OF EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
The system includes 4 commissioners, 2 fast picking stations, online carton erecting and closing machines, a Pick by Light system (600 tunnels), and totes conveyors. This advanced setup ensures efficient storage, retrieval, and handling of various products within the distribution center.
Technology
The automated logistics system features fast AS/RS systems with fast picking stations, integrated carton erecting and closing machines, a Pick by Light system, and carton conveying systems. All components are integrated with Unitronics’ control and software system (UniStock® Package) and interface with the client’s proprietary ERP system.
