Utron is looking for a Buyer.
In this position you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and products, working closely with engineers to define purchasing requirements, negotiating with vendors and subcontractors globally, coordinating the flow of materials and products through the supply chain, and ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality products at competitive costs.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3  years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in multidisciplinary companies
  • Experience of purchasing electro-mechanical and electronic products– Advantage
  • Experience in working with subcontractors and suppliers globally– Advantage
  • Proficiency in conduction commercial agreements
  • Negotiation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Presale Engineer

Airport City, Israel

Utron, a global company that specializes in developing automated parking and logistic solutions, is looking for a Presale Engineer to join our Sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the customer’s logistical needs, reading specifications and system requirements (RFQ).
  • Planning automation systems for reception, storage, collection, conveying systems and distribution.
  • Writing system specifications, contacting international suppliers for price offers and managing technical negotiations.
  • Work in collaboration with project, engineering and sales departments.
  • Combining office work with technical sales meetings with clients.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience.
  • Planning experience with AutoCAD software in areas such as production systems, transportation, automation or electromechanical systems.
  • Experience working with clients on planning complex engineering projects – a significant advantage.Experience in characterizing systems and writing technical specifications – an advantage.
  • Experience in contacting international suppliers for the purpose of receiving price offers – an advantage.
  • Experience building models in 3D software (such as AutoDesk, Configura, Emulate 3D) – an advantage.
  • Practical experience in field projects and setting up automated systems – an advantage.
  • High level of English (ability to speak, read and write).
  • Excellent technical orientation, system vision and the ability to read technical drawings.

Experienced Project Manager

  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage all project stages, from planning and execution to implementation and customer handover.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, planning, electrical, control, and software departments, maintaining close client relationships.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage and guide subcontractors, tracking project progress.
  • Adherence to Timelines and Budgets: Develop detailed timelines, manage project budgets, and monitor progress.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct ongoing quality control, ensuring the highest standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

  • Master electrician license – Must
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in electrical designing of electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with optical sensors, motors, AC/DC motors and electrical harnesses
  • Availability to travel abroad, if necessary
