Product Manager

Utron is looking for a Product Manager.

In this role you will lead the product lifecycle: users’ needs, BI and user research, defining wireframes, scope, KPIs and the development process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Create a product management basis for an existing product, to be expanded to new products
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs, PRDs, UI/XU & flow, prioritize backlog and handle development/engineering problems
• Work closely with other R&D teams (software, control, mechanics, electricity, costumer success etc.)
• Work closely with costumers to receive feedback and improve the products
• Integrate the implementation process from early assembly stages to full availability of the product on site
• Analyze the product wellness & performance, and act accordingly to optimize performance
• Take part in pre-sale process, and business development of the products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software engineering, Industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager of a software product.
• At least 2 years of experience building data-driven products.
• A real a problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem.

•  Result oriented person, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
