2018 End of Year Recap
2018 was a fantastic year for Utron and our automated parking solutions

We are excited to share some of our year’s highlights.
New deals signed on 2018
Several new deals were signed throughout 2018.
To mention a few:
- Boston, MA, Mixed use development with 168 spaces. Opening: 2020.
- One Post Office Square, Boston, MA, Mixed use development with 300 spaces. Opening 2020.
- Houston, TX, Mixed use development, 664 spaces. Opening: 2020.
Project turned Operational
The system at One Park condominium became fully operational. A special ribbon cutting ceremony took place with the Cliffside Park Mayor, the architecture firm, media representatives and friends. The event included a successful demonstration of our automated parking system.
Changing the company – Unitronics becomes Utron
Our biggest change in 2018 was rebranding our company, changing our name from Unitronics to U-tron and upgrading our corporate identity.
This change is our realization that users in the ‘Information Age’ want more control and info. It’s our commitment to put the User Experience at the forefront of our doing.

We have big plans for 2019. Our teams are working hard on projects that already broke ground:

- Astoria, Queens, NY, 109 spaces
